介绍了一些先进钢厂在转炉冶炼末期泡沫渣高度控制技术。温差法、微波法和声学法都被用于测量转炉冶炼过程中的泡沫渣高度,能够有效防止喷溅和控制泡沫渣高度。此外,讨论了迁钢公司利用温差法测量冶炼末期泡沫渣高度的可行性。
The technologies used by some advanced steelmaking works in controlling the level of slag foaming during the latter period of BOF blowing process are introduced. The, temperature difference method, microwave method, and acoustical method are used for measuring the level of slag foaming during the blowing process and they could help effectively control the slopping frequency and the level of slag foaming. Moreover, the feasibility in use of temperature difference method by Qian' an Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is discussed.
