摘要
介绍了目前海洋平台装置的发展动态和发展趋势，对目前制约国内海洋平台发展的平台用钢情况进行了总结分析。
The development dynamic and trend of the offshore platforms are introduced in this paper. Meanwhile, the bottleneck and constraints of the steel application of the offshore platforms are also analyzed.
