摘要
对首钢京唐公司1号高炉开炉的生产实践进行了总结。在开炉生产中围绕快速加热炉缸、提高炉缸工作均匀度、提高料柱透气性、快速送气、组织好第1次出铁和平衡兼顾下游工序等关键环节，通过采取低渣比配料、硬杂木填充炉缸、冷风烘料、全开风口点火和适当延缓第1次出铁时间等措施，实现顺利开炉。
The blowing-in practice of the No.1 BF of Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is summarized in this paper. During the start-up, the focuses on quickly heating up hearth, increasing the uniform temperature distribution of hearth, improving gas permeability of pile, quickly supplying gas, well organizing the first tapping, considering and balancing the posterior process are conducted. Through conducting the charging with lower slag ratio, stuffing hearth with hardwood, using cold-blast to dry burden, burning with all the tuyeres open, and properly delaying the first tapping time, the blow-in of the No. 1 BF was successful.
