摘要
对RH炉精炼工艺的钢液循环流动、脱碳与脱气的原理及其影响因素进行了分析。在100tRH炉真空精炼工艺下,真空度、提升气体的压力和流量决定了钢液循环流量和混匀时间。介绍了RH炉脱氢率和脱氮率与钢中初始氢含量和氮含量的关系。
The principles of liquid steel circulation, decarbonization, degassing and the factors affecting the RH refining process are introduced. In the refining progress of 100t RH, the irculation flow of liquid steel and the mixing time are decided by vacuum degree, driving gas pressure and flow rate. Moreover, the relationships among dehydrogenation rate, denitrification rate, and the contents of hydrogen and nitrogen are introduced.
