摘要
在某空港货运站物流监控系统中,大量选用LED屏幕作为操作及引导信息的显示装置.50个LED屏幕分散设置于长500 m,宽200 m的货运站内,为施工方便及维护简易且使信息显示控制系统具备高的稳定性、可靠性,采用自由拓扑技术与冗余技术设计出具备串行级联拓扑结构的控制网络架构;同时,对实时显示控制系统相关算法进行了详尽的分析与设计,解决了不同屏幕间信息的准同步显示及由于工业现场偶发性干扰信号引起的数据报文丢失时的信息复现等问题;对本系统串行通信及以太网通信方式进行了较为详细的分析,提出了显示控制系统的参数化配置方案,使系统具备在不同通信方式下的相关参数自动选择匹配与手动设置功能.
Lots of I.ED screens are used as the display device for handling and guidance information in a certain air freight station logistics monitoring system. 50 LED screens were dispersedly installed in air freight station(L: 500 meters, W: 200 meters), the controlling network architecture, which possessed serial casca- ding topology structure, was designed according to the freely topological and redundancy technology in order to realize the convenient construction, the simple maintenance, the stability and reliability of information real-time display and control system. Meanwhile, the relevant algorithms of the system were analyzed and devised, and some problems, such as information quasi-synchronous display among to the various screens and information reappearance when data message lost owing to the casual interference signal in industrial field, etc. , were solved, then the comparatively overall analysis on serial and Ethernet communication mode were performed, and the parameterized configuration schemes for the system were proposed, which enable system to possess the relevant parameters auto select matching and manual settings functions under different kinds of communication modes.
