摘要
[目的]了解南京市公共场所大量使用中央空调后军团菌污染情况。[方法]2008年9月在南京市33家宾馆、14家商场、3家写字楼合计采集50份中央空调冷却水,应用BCYE、BCY培养基进行嗜肺军团菌分离培养,并对分离菌株进行血清分型及种特异性PCR鉴定。[结果]检测50份冷却水,30份检出军团菌,阳性率60.00%。分离的33株嗜肺军团菌中,LP1型嗜肺军团菌25株,占75.76%;LP3型1株,LP4型4株,LP6型3株。[结论]南京市公共场所空调冷却水检出率较高,应引起有关部门的重视,尽快采取有效预防措施保护人群身体健康。
[Objective]To investigate the status of the Legionella pneumophila contamination in public places in Nan- jing with central air-conditioning system being widely used. [Methods]50 water specimens from cooling towers for air conditioning system in 33 hotels, 14 shopping malls and 3 office buildings were collected and examined for Legionella pneumophila during September 2008. The GVPC medium and BCYE medium were used for bacteria isolation. Serological typing and PCR identification and typing for Legionella pneumophila were carried as well. [Results]30 out of 50 water specimens from cooling towers were found contaminated with Legionella pneumophila. The detection rate of Legionella pneumophilia in this survey of central air- conditioning system was 60.0%. 33 strains of Legionella pneumophilia were isolated,among them 25 strains(75.76 %) were serovar LP1,1 strains was serovar LP3,4 strains were serovar LP4,3 strains were serovar LP6. [Conclusion]The water in cooling tower of central air conditioning system in Nanjing city has been contaminated seriously with Legionella pneumophila ,and effective preventive measures to this potential source of infection should be taken as soon as possible in order to protect public health.
