摘要
[目的]探讨低剂量卡托普利和辛伐他汀对大鼠糖尿病肾病的预防效果。[方法]2009年,将体重200 g的80只S-D大鼠随机分为5组,每组16只,分别为正常对照组(E组)、糖尿病对照组(D组)、3个药物干预组,干预组糖尿病造模后分别给予其低剂量卡托普利(A组)、辛伐他汀(B组)、卡托普利和辛伐他汀(C组),2个月后观察临床表现、血生化指标与免疫组织化学指标、形态学指标。[结果]大鼠24 h尿白蛋白排泄量,1个月时A组、B组、C组、D组均高于E组,A、B、C组均低于D组(P<0.01);2个月时,A组、B组、C组、D组均高于E组(P<0.01),A组、B组、C组均低于D组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。血糖浓度,A、B、C、D组均高于E组(P<0.01);甘油三酯浓度,A、B、C组、D组均高于E组(P<0.01或P<0.05);总胆固醇浓度,5组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低密度胆固醇浓度,B、D组均高于E组(P<0.01),A组、C组与E组的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);尿素氮浓度,A、B、C、D组均高于E组(P<0.01);肌酐浓度,A、B、C组均低于E组(P<0.01),D组与E组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]低剂量卡托普利、辛伐他汀及二者联合使用对糖尿病肾病有预防作用,但联合用药并不比单独应用更好。
[Objective]To explore the preventive effect of low-dose Simvastain and captopril on rats with diabetic nephropathy. EMethods]Eighty S-D rats weighing 200 g were randomly divided into 5 groups,each of them consisted of 16 rats,normal control group(group E), diabetic mellitus control group(group D) and 3 drug intervention groups. Simvastain (group A) ,captopril(group B) ,both Simvastain and captopril(group C) were given to 3 intervention group separately after diabetes model developed. Clinical symptoms, biochemical, immunohistochemical and morphological value were observed 2 months later. [Resuits]The level of 24 hours urine albumin excretion of the rats in group A, B, C and D was higherthan that of the rats in group Ein lmonth, while it was lower in A,Band C group than that of in D group(P〈0.01). The level of 24 hours urinary albumin excretion of the rats in group A,B,C and D was higher than that of the rats in group E in 2 months,while it was lower in A.B and C group than that of in D group ( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05). Blood glucose concentration was higher in group A,B,C and D than that in group E ( P 〈0.01) ,concentration of triglyceride was higher in group A,B,C and D than that in group E ( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05) ,there was no difference of total cholesterin in the 5 groups ( P 〈0.05) ,the concentration of blood urine nitrogen was higher in group A,B,C and D than that in group E (P〈0. 0 1) , while the concentration of creatinine was lower in group A, B and C than that in group I)( P〈0. 01). There was no difference in group D and E ( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion]Low-dose Simvastain, captopril alone and in combination had preventive effect on rats with diabetic nephropathy,but the effect of Simvastain with the combination of captopril was not better than the effect of the drugs used alone.
