摘要
目的探讨癌细胞胞质桥粒及其形成的机制和意义。方法应用透射电子显微镜观察人体卵巢癌细胞、外阴癌细胞、子宫内膜癌细胞和子宫颈癌细胞的超微结构。结果发现这些癌细胞不仅有表面的桥粒,而且都有胞质桥粒。大多数胞质桥粒存在于胞膜内面或核膜外周附近的胞质内,有形成完好的,也有正在形成中的。胞质桥粒周围见有较多的多聚核糖体、张力微丝和粗面内质网。结论胞质桥粒广泛存在于人体卵巢癌细胞、外阴癌细胞、子宫内膜癌细胞和子宫颈癌细胞。我们推测胞质桥粒的形成是在癌细胞完全分裂之后根据细胞自身机能的需要而产生的。
Objective:To study the mechanism and significance of formation of cytoplasmic desmosomes in carcinoma cells.Methods:Transmission electron microscope was applied to observe the ultrastructural features of carcinoma cells from human ovary,vulva,endometrium,cervix.Results:It was found that all of these carcinoma cells had desmosomes not only in the surface of the cell,but also in the cytoplasm.Most of these desmosomes located in the cytoplasm around the innersurface of the cell membrane and the outsurface of the nucleus membrane,some of the desmosomes were well developed,some were in the process of developing abundant polyribosomes,tonofilaments,and rough endoplasmic reticula(rER)were found around the cytoplasmic desmosomes.Conclusions:The cytoplamic desmosomes widely exist in carcinoma cells of human ovary,vulva,endometrium,cervix.We predict that the formation of cytoplasmic desmosomes depend on the need of cellular function itself after the carcinoma cells completed their division.
