摘要
借助Mitchell的三维细分法,分别从合法性、影响力和紧迫性对利益相关者的边界和属性进行分析,得到确定型利益相关者有学生、教师、学校行政管理人员和项目单位四类,预期型利益相关者有用人单位、政府部门、校友、捐赠者、社区、家长、贷款者、公众和其他高校九类。研究证实,高校中的众多利益相关者在多个维度上具有特征差异,人们对利益相关者的认识也是有差异的。
With the Mitchell's three-dimensional subdivision method,this paper analyzes the borders and attributes of stakeholders from the legitimacy,influence and urgency.It draws a conclusion that the four definitive stakeholders include students,teachers,school administrators and the project units,and that the nine expected stakeholders include employers,governments,schoolfellows,donors,communities,paterfamilias,lenders,the public and other universities.The researches show that a number of stakeholders of universities have different characteristics on multi-dimensions,and that different persons have different understanding on the stakeholders.
