他扎罗汀和卡泊三醇治疗斑块状银屑病的比较

Comparative Study of Calcipotriol(0.005%) Ointment and Tazarotene(0.05% and 0.10%) Gel in the Treatment of Stable Plaque Psoriasis

目的观察比较他扎罗汀凝胶与卡泊三醇软膏治疗斑块状银屑病的疗效与安全性。方法60例斑块状银屑病患者分为3组:0.005%卡泊三醇组18例,早晚各外涂1次。0.1%和0.05%他扎罗汀组各21例,每晚外涂1次;各组疗程均为8周。结果治疗8周后,0.005%卡泊三醇软膏和0.1%他扎罗汀对皮损改善程度相当,优于0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);0.005%卡泊三醇软膏、0.1%他扎罗汀和0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶总有效率分别为83.33%、85.71%和76.19%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡泊三醇软膏与他扎罗汀凝胶治疗斑块状银屑病安全有效。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of tazarotene gel and calcipotriol ointment in the treatment of plaque-type psoriasis.Methods 60 patients with plaque-type psoriasis were divided into three groups.18 patients were treated with calcipot riolointment topically twice a day for 8 weeks.21 patients were treated with 0.10% or 0.05% tazarotene gel topically once on night for 8 weeks respectively.Results After 8 weeks＇ treatment,the plaque improvement by using topical calcipotriol 0.005% ointment was comparable to tazarotene 0.1% gel,however,more than tazarotene 0.05% gel（P〈0.05）;the total effective rates were 83.33%,85.71% and 76.19% respectively.No obvious differences were observed between the three groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Tazarotene gel and calcipotriol ointment were safe and effective in therapy for plaque type psoriass.
