摘要
人际交往在大学生日常生活以及今后的人生中都是至关重要的,它是大学生综合素质的体现。各高校因其学生家庭背景和地方文化背景的不同,其大学生心理健康和人际交往状况都会有其特殊性。本文调查北京师范大学珠海校区225名大学生人际交往能力的现状及差异,研究表明,大学生人际交往中四个维度在人际关系诊断表各分数段的分布差异极其显著;年级因素对大学生人际交往能力有着显著的影响,调查发现主要是由于各个年级的学生处于各自特定的阶段,其环境、思想、认识,目标都有一定的差异。通过此研究,特为珠海大学生优化人际交往能力提出几点建议,也为高校思想政治教育工作提供一些有益的参考。
Interpersonal relationship plays a vital role in college students' daily life and their future lives,which can give us a glimpse of college students' comprehensive quality. As the difference of their family financial and cultural backgrounds, the university students' mind condition and interpersonal relationship have their own characteristics. The research based on the survey of 225 students from Beijing Normal University Zhuhai School shows that the condition and difference in interpersonal communication ability. The investigation result is:mind condition differs in four sides; grade plays an important role in interpersonal communication and students in different grades think very differently in their envoirnment and life goals. In the end, some advice was put forward.
