摘要
目的为提高卵巢良、恶性肿瘤的早期诊断水平。方法应用我院自己研制的阴道细胞自动图像分析系统对腹水中良、恶性肿瘤细胞进行了定量分析,获得了良性及恶性肿瘤细胞核及浆13个特征参数的均值。并对卵巢粘液腺癌、浆液腺癌、子宫内膜腺癌、转移腺癌,细胞核及浆13个特征参数均值和标准差进行了互相比较。结果多数参数值均有明显差异(P<0.05~0.001)。结论用图像分析技术进行定量分析,不仅可以提高诊断和鉴别诊断的准确率,而且对研究肿瘤细胞生物学特性可提供形态计量的依据。
Objective To enhance early diagnosis levels of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Methods The automatic scanning system was used to process quantitative morphometry of benign and malignant tumor cell in ascites.The mean value of 13 morphometry parameters of cellualr nuclear and plasma were obtained from benign and malgant tumor cell.And the differences of the mean value and SD of the characteristic parameters in the oavrian serous carcinoma,mucous carcinoma,endometrial carcinoma and metastatic carcinoma were analysed.Results The results demonstrated that there was a significant difference in most parameters(P<005~0001).Conclusions The computer morphometry system can be used to enhance the correct rates of diagnosis and differential dignosis,and can provide the objective parameters for study of tumor cell biological character.
