晚期直肠癌的术后放疗

Postoperative Radiation of Advanced Rectum Cancer

目的评价放疗对晚期直肠癌术后病人的作用。方法从１９９０年１月～１９９３年１２月，我科共收治晚期直肠癌术后放疗病人３２例，年龄最小２８岁，最大６５岁，中位年龄４５岁。所有病例均经病理证实，腺癌３１例，腺鳞癌１例。放疗剂量为４０～５５ＧＹ／４～６周。结果术后与放疗间隔时间１～３个月１５例，复发率２６．７％，３～５个月１７例，复发率４３．７％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。１、３年生存率分别为９０．３％、１９．４％。结论晚期直肠癌术后放疗时间越早越好，并可减少复发率。

Objective To evaluate the radiation effect for the patients with advanced rectum cancer of after operation.Method We have treated 32 cases of advanced rectum cancer of postoperation by radiation from Jan.1990 to Dec.1993.The oldest one was 65 years old.The youngest one was 28.And the medium age was 45 years old.All of the cases were proved by pathology.Among them 31 cases were adenocarcinoma and one was adenosquamous.The radiation dose was 40 to 55 GY/4 to 6 weeks.Results After operation of 1 to 3 months,15 cases were radiated.4 cases were recurrence in 2 years,the rate of recurence was 267%.After operation of 3 to 5 months,16 cases were radiated,7 cases were recurrence,the rate of recurrence was 437%(P<005).The survival rate of 13 years was 903% and 194% respectively.Conclusion We consider that the radiation of advanced rectum cancer of postoperation should stant earlier,which decrease the rate of recurrence.
