高频超声对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高频超声对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值。方法对经手术及病理证实的52例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果52例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤,高频超声检出45例,5例漏诊,2例误诊,超声诊断与病理诊断符合率为87%,漏误诊率13%。检出的45例中,25例乳腺导管扩张,20例周围未发现乳腺导管扩张;单发病灶34例,多发病灶11例。结论高频超声对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断具有重要意义,是首选的检查方法。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound for breast intraductal papilloma.Methods The clinical data of 52 cases with breast intraductal papilloma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results 45 of 52 cases with breast intraductal papilloma were detected by high-frequency ultrasound and 5 cases missed,2 cases misdiagnosed.The diagnostic accordance rate between ultrasound diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis was 87%,misdiagnosis rate of 13%.25 cases were with ductal expansion in the 45 detected cases.34 cases were with solitary lesions and 11 cases with multiple lesions.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound is valuable in the clinical diagnosis of breast intraductal papilloma and is a preferred screening method.
