球囊栓塞治疗外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的护理

Nursing of Endovascular Embolization with Detachable Balloon for Traumatic Carotid cavernous Fistulas

目的探讨外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘(TCCF)患者行球囊栓塞治疗的观察及护理。方法回顾性总结神经外科17例介入球囊栓塞治疗TCCF患者的护理,分析术前准备,术后护理及并发症的观察,并总结经验。结果外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘介入治疗的效果主要与CCF的瘘口部位、大小选择球囊的型号等因素有关,同时也与精心的护理密不可分。17例患者全部治疗成功,1例患者球囊泄露,但未出现TCCF复发,全部病例术后随访半年,均未见明显并发症。结论加强心理护理,术前、术后护理及并发症的观察,是TCCF手术取得成功的关键。

Objective To observe the therapeutic and nursing efficacy of endovascular embolization with detachable balloon for patients with traumatic carotid cavernous fistulas（TCCF）.Methods 17 patients with TCCF were treated with endovascular occlusion by detachable balloon.The preoperative preparation,post-operative care and complications were observed and analyzed.Results The curative effect endovascular embolization with detachable balloon for patients with TCCF was close related to the position and size of fistulas,type of detachable balloon and nursing care.All 17 cases were cured,1 case was with balloon divulging but no recurrent of TCCF.The 6 months follow up showed that no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion To strengthen psychological care,preoperative and postoperative care and observation of the complications is the key to the successful operation in patients with TCCF.
