摘要
目的观察蜀葵辅助治疗河豚鱼中毒的疗效。方法将60例河豚鱼中毒患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组在常规西医对症治疗护理的基础上加用蜀葵辅助治疗,观察两组中毒患者的病情变化。结果两组比较:治疗组比对照组治愈率提高30%(P<0.05),病死率降低13.4%(P<0.01),后遗症减少23%(P<0.01)。治疗组疗效和对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论蜀葵辅助治疗河豚鱼中毒效果确切,患者无不良反应,为抢救河豚鱼中毒患者开辟了一条新的治疗护理途径。
Objective To observe the antagonistic effects of Hollyhock juice to Tetrodotoxin（TTX）.Methods 60 cases with globefish intoxication were divided randomly into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）.On the basis of normal symptomatic treatment in control group,the treatment group patients were administered by Hollyhock juice in addition.Disease conditions in both groups were observed.Results Compared to control group,an enhancement of 30%（P〈0.05） in cure rate was detected,while mortality and sequelae decreased by 13.4%（P〈0.01） and 23%（P〈0.01）,respectively.There was a statistical difference between the both groups.Conclusion With exact effects and low adverse reaction,this therapy method is clinical useful in the treatment of globefish intoxication.
