摘要
本文采用流式细胞术和单克隆技术对下咽鳞状细胞癌（下咽癌）细胞ｒａｓＰ２１蛋白表达进行定量检测。结果显示：下咽癌细胞的ｒａｓＰ２１蛋白表达量明显高于正常下咽粘膜细胞，下咽癌ｒａｓＰ２１蛋白阳性率为７５．９３％，ｒａｓＰ２１蛋白表达与下咽癌的临床分期无关，可能与下咽部细胞癌变的起动有关，对下咽癌的早期诊断有一定意义，ｒａｓＰ２１蛋白表达与下咽癌预后无明显相关性。
The study was undertaken in quantitative measure of rasP21 protein expression of squamous cell carcinoma of the hypopharynx with flow cytometry(FCM)and monoclonal antibody.In the study,rasP21 protein expression in SCC of hypopharyx was higher than that in normal hypopharynx mucosa.Positive rate of rasP21 protein expression was 75.93%.No correlation between rasP21 protein expression and tumor clinical stages was observed.RasP21 protein expression and tumor clinical stages was observed.RasP21 protein over expression may be connected with cell cancer starting and have a certain value to diagnose in early stage of the tumor.RasP21 protein expression have no impact on the prognosis of SCC of the hypophorynx.
