原发性非小细胞肺癌的P^(16)基因变异

The Alterations of P16 Gene in NonSmall Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

采用ＰＣＲ－ＳＳＣＰ技术，对２７例原发性非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）的癌组织标本进行了Ｐ１６基因外显子２的缺失和突变的检测。结果发现６例基因缺失和３例基因突变，且Ｐ１６基因的变异多发生在ＮＳＣＬＣ的晚期。结论Ｐ１６基因的变异在ＮＳＣＬＣ的形成和发展中起重要作用。

In order to observe the deletion and mutation of P16 gene in nonsmall cell lung cancer,we examined the alteration in exon 2 of P16 gene among 27 patients with NSCLC by PCR and PCRSSCP.The results demonstrated that there were 6 cases of deletion and 3 cases of mutation in these patients.It is suggested that the alteration of p16 gene is important in the pathogenesis of NSCLC.
