摘要
利用免疫组化技术ＡＢＣ法对１７例胆囊病变其中胆囊癌１１例、慢性胆囊炎６例进行增殖细胞核抗原ＰＣＮＡ研究，结果表明（ＰＣＮＡ）的表达主要与癌细胞浸润深度密切相关，提示检测ＰＣＮＡ对判断胆囊癌的预后和生物学行为有很大帮助。胆囊癌表面粘膜上皮ＰＣＮＡ表达阴性，推测胆囊癌可能并非起源于粘膜上皮。
17 cases gall bladder lesions including 11 cases gall bladder carcinomas,6 cases chronic cholecystitis were studied by immunohistochemical method (ABC method) with PCNA.The results showed that expression of PCNA has a close relation with the invasive degree of gall bladder carcinoma and epithelial cells of mucous membrane were negative for PCNA.These data suggested that detection of PCNA may be of great help in the evaluation of prognosis and biological behavior in gall bladder carcinoma.Tumorgenesis of gall bladder carcinoma may not originate from epithelial cell of mucous membrane.
