摘要
通过对哈尔滨中心城区南岗区、南岗区图书馆等基本情况和哈尔滨市公共图书馆现状的分析,提出建立多个社区分馆的三级点分馆制服务体系及在总分馆发展建设中存在的问题。
According to the actuality analysis of the library of Nangang district and Harbin public library, this paper puts forward the idea of establishing three - level service system of community branch library. It also points out the problems in the construction of library development.
