摘要 聚乙烯以优良的力学性能、加工性能、耐化学性等成为最主要的聚烯烃塑料品种,大量用于生产薄膜、包装和管材等.但聚乙烯的非极性和低刚性限制了其在某些领域的应用.综述了聚乙烯的化学改性、物理改性和改性新技术的新进展.化学改性包括接枝改性、共聚改性、交联改性、氯化及氯磺化改性和等离子体改性;物理改性包括增强改性、共混改性、填充改性;并介绍了各种改性对聚乙烯性能的影响. Polyethylene (PE) with many desirable mechanical, processing properties and chemical resistance is the dominant material among synthetic resins. PE was applied widely in manufacturing films, packaging and pipes. The nonpolarity and low rigidity of PE limits its practical application. This article summarized common modification methods on PE summarized in this article, which include chemical and physical modifications, then describes the developments of PE modifications. The chemical modifications include, grafting modification, copolymerization modification, cross-linking modification, chlorination and chlorosulfonation modification and plasma modification. And the physical modifications include strengthening, blending and filling modification. At the same time, the influence of modification on the properties of PE is discussed.
