不对称二甲基精氨酸与动脉粥样硬化 被引量:6

摘要 不对称二甲基精氨酸是一种内源性竞争性一氧化氮合酶抑制剂,可明显抑制血管内皮细胞一氧化氮的合成并降低其生物利用度,目前已认为不对称二甲基精氨酸是内皮功能障碍及心血管疾病的一个新的独立危险因素。该文通过综述不对称二甲基精氨酸的合成代谢及其与一氧化氮、氧化应激、单核巨噬细胞、血管平滑肌细胞、血小板等之间的关系,来探讨其促动脉粥样硬化发生发展的作用。
