microRNA在心血管系统中的表达和功能 被引量:7

摘要 microRNA(miRNA,miR)是一类调控基因,在心血管系统中的角色和功能的相关研究甚多。在生理状态下,miR-1和miR-133调控心肌细胞分化、心脏形态的形成及心肌细胞凋亡。在病理状态下,心肌肥厚的发生与miR-1、miR-133、miR-21下调有关;一系列miRNA参与冠心病多个病理过程,如miR-126表达减少导致内皮炎性反应增强,miR-199下调促进心肌缺氧,心肌梗死后抑制miR-92可促进心血管生成,miR-29、miR-30、miR-133表达减少以促进心肌纤维化等;miR-1与miR-133可通过改变离子通道进而影响心肌自律性、传导性等多种途径引发相关心律失常;上调的miR-1、miR-133、miR-21对心力衰竭起保护性作用。
