Changes of Acceptance Psychology and Reform of Ideological Education in Colleges

在大学生心理接受形成自主心理、求新心理、愉悦接受心理的基本特点的时候,思想政治教育应该以包容的心态,扩大精神资源;以学术研究的基本态度,在宽松自由的气氛中讨论思想政治问题;以开启智慧的基本思想,睿智地进行思想政治的施与教育。还要在教育的既定性中追求内容的新变化;追求阐释的个性化;并根据种种个性化的区别,调整已经统一化的教育内容和教育方式。而将思想政治教育的内容适度地知识化,并增加其文化色彩,将硬而直的教育风格改变为柔和性的、具有话语趣味的教育风格,改变思想政治教育的考核方式,对于适应学生接受心理的变化都非常重要。

When the psychological acceptance of college students have formed such characteristics as self- determination, seeking the new, happy acceptance, the ideological education should discuss the issues concerned in comprehensive, broad, academic and free atmosphere as well as should give ideological education heuristically and wisely. In the meanwhile, the educational contents should be changed, the elueidatory ways should be characterized and the educational ways should be adjusted accordingly. It is important to put more knowledgeable and cultural contents into the ideological educational contents so as to soften the stiff educational contents and it is also important to change the examination ways so as to cater to the acceptance psychology of the college students.
