胰腺癌细胞凋亡相关基因的表达及相互关系

摘要 本文采用免疫组化SP法检测48例胰腺癌和15例胰腺癌转移灶石蜡标本中bcl-2、p53、c-myc的表达。结果显示:bcl-2蛋白在胰腺癌组明显高于胰癌转移灶组;无转移的、高分化的胰腺癌明显高于有转移的和低分化胰腺癌。p53蛋白在胰腺癌组明显高于胰腺良性病变组,胰腺高分化癌明显低于胰腺低分化癌。bcl-2和p53蛋白在胰腺癌组中呈负相关。 In this study , the expression of bcl-2 , p53 , c-myc in 48 pancreatic cancer and 15 pancreatic cancer metastases was detected by SP method. The positive expression rate of bcl-2 protein in carcinoma group was higher than that in the metastasis one,and that in non-metastatic , highly-differentiated pancreatic cancer was higher than that in the metastatic,low-differentiated carcinoma. The positive expression rate of p53 protein in cancer group was higher than that in the benign alteration one , and that in metastasis group was higher than that in the carcinoma one ; pancreatic highly- differentiated cancer was lower than the low differentiated cancer , In pancreatic carcinoma group, a inverse correlation was found between bcl-2 and P53 protein.
