双微体与食管癌放疗临床疗效的关系

Clinical Analysis About Double Minutes and Radiotherapy Efficacy of Esophageal Carcinoma

目的研究食管癌患者外周血白细胞染色体双微体畸变与放疗疗效的关系。方法检查食管癌患者外周血３８例，观察白细胞染色体畸变的情况及肿瘤的放疗效果。结果３８例患者中的７例患者发现双微体，占１８．４％，含双微体患者放疗有效率７１．４％，无双微体患者放疗有效率９６．８％，１年生存率分别为１４．３％和５４．８％。结论食管癌患者外周血发现双微体者多为晚期病人，这类病人对放射治疗者一定抗拒性，生存期短，病程发展快。

Purpose : To analyse relation between double minute chromosome in peripheral blood cell and radiotherapy efficacy of esophageal carcinoma. Method , Thirty eight patients with esophageal carcinoma were treated by radical radiation of 60 Gy in weeks. Before radiation ,all patients were detected chromosome abnormalities in blood cell. Results , Double minutes were found in 7 cases(18.4%).The overall response rate of patients with DMs was 71.4%,that of patients without DMs was 96. 8%. The 1-year survival rates were 14. 3% in patients with DMs and 54. 8% in patients without DMs. Conclusion : Esophageal carcinoma patients with double minutes in blood cell were resistant to radiotherapy , the course of progression was rapid.
