摘要
综述了近年来对冷拔钢丝残余应力的研究状况,阐述了残余应力的形成机理及对冷拔钢丝性能的影响,并重点介绍了衍射法和有限元法在计算冷拔钢丝残余应力中的应用.
This paper summarized the research progress on residual stress of the cold-drawn steel wire in recent years, and explained how the mechanism of residual stress of the cold-drawn steel wire influenced the properties of cold-drawn steel wires. Emphasis was placed on introducing the application of the diffraction method and the finite element simulation method in calculating residual stress.
