摘要
阐述循环经济的概念及发展过程，介绍了国内外循环经济概况，提出对贵州省循环经济发展思路的看法及发展技术方面的课题建议。
The article eaborates the concept and developmeng process of circular economy, and introduces the situation of circular economy at home and abroad, and it puts forward some subject proposals of development idea and technology about circular economy in our province.
