基于DSP的超声波流量计数据采集系统设计

摘要 针对在超声波流量计中,基于单片机的时差法检测不能有效地处理含有较大噪声的接收信号,以及计数检测不够精确的问题,提出了一套以DSP为独立控制和处理单元的超声波信号收发控制和测量系统。实验结果表明,通过此方法,可以有效地实现数据采集和控制功能,并且简化了电路,为之后DSP完成滤波和精确测量等任务奠定了基础。 A time difference method ultrasonic flowmeter based on MCU cannot process signals with large noise, or get the counting number precisely. To solve these problems, the authors have proposed a transmit-receiving control and measurement system of ultrasonic wave signals with DSP as an independent controlling and processing unit. The experimental results show that by this method, data acquisition and control can be achieved efficiently, and it also simplifies the circuits. And moreover, it lays the foundation for completing some tasks such as software filtering and more accurate measurement by DSP.
