Application of Intelligent Wireless Technology in the Ash Handling System of the Power Plant

华能上海石洞口第一电厂采用新技术，将艾默生智能无线网络监测技术应用于电厂除灰系统现场设备改造。无线技术简单易用，加上对现有控制系统有充分了解，因此，该厂热控人员在很短时间内就完成了改造施工和调试工作，将现有的PLC控制系统与无线技术无缝地连接起来，实现了系统的创新改造。

The site equipment reconstruction of the ash handling system in Shanghai Shidongkou No.1 Power Plant of HUANENG Group., in which Emerson intelligent wireless network monitoring technology, a new technology, is applied. The thermal control personnel of the plant accomplish the transforming construction and debugging works within a very short period of time because easy- to- use of the wireless technology and the full understanding of the existing control system. The PLC control system and the wireless technology have been seamlessly linked, thus realizing the innovation of the system.
