摘要
以天津市东丽区和西青区养殖池塘为对象,取池塘的底泥和上覆水,采用对照组、添加沸石、酶抑制剂、芽孢杆菌、沸石与酶抑制剂组合、沸石与芽孢杆菌组合6种处理组,于实验室内进行5个月培养,每月测定1次上覆水中NH4+-N、NO3--N和NO2--N含量,同时对实际养殖池塘上覆水中NH4+-N、NO3--N和NO2--N含量进行监测。结果表明,两池塘上覆水体中NH4+-N和NO3--N含量随采样时间不同而变化,实际池塘与室内对照组两者含量相差不大;NO2--N含量在室内外及不同处理、不同采样期两池塘变化都很小且含量很高。芽包杆菌、沸石既能减少上覆水中NH4+-N含量,也降低了NO3--N含量。酶抑制剂处理组虽然使NH4+-N含量下降最多,但其上覆水中NO3--N含量较高。
The ponds in Tianjin Dong li and Xi qing district were studded. The sediments and overlying water were placed under room experimental environment. One control and five treatments--zeolite, enzyme inhibitor, Bacillus spp. , zeolite and enzyme inhibitor, zeolite and Bacillus spp.--were taken. Dissolved NH4^ + -N, NO3^ - -N and NO2^ - -N contents in overlying water were determined monthly, meanwhile NH4^ + - N, NO3^ - - N and NO2 ^- - N contents in the overlying water of practice ponds were monitored. The results showed that NH4 ^+ - N and NO3^ - - N contents of the two ponds varied in deferent time. NH4^ + - N and NO3^ - - N contents in the two actual ponds and controls Changed consistently. NO2 ^- - N contents were high and changed little. Bacillus spp. and zeolite could decrease NH4^ + - N, NO3^ - - N contents. Enzyme inhibitor could decrease NH4^ + - N contents greatly, but NO3^ - - N contents were high in overlying water.
