摘要
实验研究了普通杨木单板表面化学镀镍的操作方法、工艺条件,讨论了各种操作因素对镀层质量的影响,试验了化学镀层与镀件基体的结合力,确定了化学镀镍的工艺流程和工艺条件。实验结果表明,杨木板材经过预处理及敏化、活化处理后,化学镀镍溶液的pH值控制在8.5,镀镍温度控制在65℃,反应时间50min,杨木板材表面可以得到较好的化学镀层。
The operating methods, the process and the influence of several factors on nickel-plating on the surface of ordinary poplar wood were studied, then it is tested the combination strength between chemical coating and poplar wood, and determined the process and the optimum conditions finally. The quality of electroless nickel- plating was good, when the poplar wood were pretreated, and sensitized, and activated, the pH=8.5, the reaction temperature was 65℃ and the reaction time was 50 min.
