前正中入路双接骨板治疗SchatzkerVVI胫骨平台骨折

Treatment of Schatzker Ⅴ and Ⅵ tibial plateau fracture with double plates through anterior median approach

目的:观察前正中入路、双接骨板治疗SchatzkerV、VI型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:2005年7月～2008年12月,本科收治18例SchatzkerV、VI型胫骨平台骨折患者,均采用前正中入路、双接骨板内固定。结果:术后所有患者均获得随访,随访时间3个月～36个月,平均15.2个月。骨折均骨性愈合,未发生骨不连、骨髓炎、皮瓣坏死等并发症。根据Iowa膝关节评分标准评定:优12例,良4例,可2例。结论:通过前正中入路,采用双接骨板可靠内固定,不仅可以取得满意疗效,而且为二期手术预留了空间,是一种较好的术式选择。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of treatment of Schatzker V and VI tibial plateau fracture with double plates through anterior median approach.Methods：From July 2005 to December 2008,18 cases of Sehatzker V and VI tibial plateau fracture were treated with double plates through anterior median approach.Results：All the patients were followed up from 3 months to 36 months with an average of 15.2 months.Complication such as nonunion,osteomyelitis,flap necrosis did not occurr.According to Iowa evaluation system, 12 patients got excellent resuhs,4 good and 2 fair.Conclusion：Treating Schatzker V and V1 tibial plateua fracture by the anterior median approach and using a reliable double plates fixation not only achieves a satisfactory effect,but also leaves space for the second operahon.It is a better choice.
