哈乐胶囊联合地塞米松治疗肾绞痛的疗效观察

Observation on effect of Hale Capsule combined with hexadecadrol in treatment of nephric colic

目的:探讨哈乐胶囊联合地塞米松治疗肾绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2008年1月～2009年1月在我院诊治的肾绞痛患者108例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用哈乐胶囊联合地塞米松治疗,对照组采用传统对症治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率96.30%,对照组77.78%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组未见不良反应,对照组心动过速2例,口舌干燥34例,排尿困难6例,但经休息、补液、饮水、导尿等处理后均缓解,未影响治疗。结论:哈乐胶囊联合地塞米松治疗肾绞痛疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect and salty of Hale Capsule combined with hexadecadrol in treatment of nephric colic. Methods： 108 cases of nephric colic in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2009 were divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group received the treatment of Hale Capsule combined with hexadecadrol, and the control group received the treatment of traditional drugs.Results：The total effective rate was 96.30% in the treatment group and 77.78% in control group,and there was significant difference between them （P〈0.05）.There was no adverse effect in the treatment group, and there were 2 cases with tachycardia,34 cases with sausarism,6 cases with dysuria in the control group.But all of them released by the way of rest,fluid infusion, drinking water and urethral catheterization without affecting the treatment.Conclusion：The effect of Hale Capsule combined with hexadecadrol in treatment of nephric colic is obvious and the side effects was few, so it is worth being used widely.
