目的:总结113例冠状动脉搭桥术的临床经验。方法:对我院进行冠状动脉搭桥术的113例患者进行临床分析。结果:本组共行动脉搭桥吻合113支,静脉搭桥吻合249支。围术期并发症:低心排5例,死亡2例,围术期死亡率1.8%。结论:确切、准确的适应证选择、手术及适当的围术期处理是确保手术成功的关键。

Objective：To review the clinical experience in 113 patients undergone coronary artery bypass grafting（CABG）.Methods： From May 2003 to May 2009,113 patients undergone CABG were clinically analyzed.Results ：The numbers of arterial grafts and venous grafts were 113 and 249 respectively.Postoperative complications were low output syndrome in 5 cases.There were 2 postoperative deaths with perioperalive mortality of 1.8%.Conclusion=Properselecfion of indications,early detection and correct management of postoperative complications are the keys to ensure the operation success.
