1998-2008年干部病房恶性肿瘤住院统计分析及预防对策

Analysis and preventive measures for occurrences of malignancies in cadre wards from 1998 to 2008 in our hospital

目的通过对干部病房恶性肿瘤的住院情况了解,掌握中老年人群患恶性肿瘤的年龄及肿瘤发病的部位构成,为恶性肿瘤的防治工作提供更有针对性的依据。方法收集1998年10月31日-2008年10月31日期间在我院干部病房住院患者,对各种恶性肿瘤的发病情况进行统计分析。结果恶性肿瘤随着年龄的增长而增加,60岁以后恶性肿瘤的发病率明显升高,前5位恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌、结肠癌、胃癌、肝癌及前列腺癌。结论有效地控制和预防各种恶性肿瘤,重点防治肺癌、消化道肿瘤的发生,提高中老年人的健康水平和生存质量。

Objective To investigate the incidence and types of malignancies in elder patients of cadre wards. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the occurrence and types of malignancies patients in cadre ward of Navy General Hospital of PLA from Oct. 1998 to Oct. 2008. Results Serven hundred and forty cases （male 711 and female 29） of malignancies were diagnosed. The occurrence of malignancies were rise with the age increased, and patients over 60 years old presented a markedly increase. The top 5 incidence of malignancies were lung cancer, colorectal carcinoma,gastric carcinoma, liver cancer and prostate cancer. Conclusion Effective preventive and treatment measures for occurrences of malignancies could elevate the quality of life in these patients.
