省级政府人力规模与经济协调发展的实证研究——以湖南省为例

An Empirical Research on the Government Human Size and Coordinated Economic Development in Hunan Province

以湖南省为例,选取地区人均生产总值、政府人力规模等指标建立时间序列和一元线性回归方程,通过建立Logistic模型,运用计量经济学方法,分析了地区人均生产总值与省级政府人力规模的相关关系,并揭示了经济发展对湖南省政府人力规模增长的影响,提出了控制政府人力规模增长势头,使政府公务人员的总量增长维持在比较合理的增长幅度的对策建议。

This paper, taking Hunan province as an example, selects government human size and GDP to establish the time series and a linear regression equation. And it analyzes the correlation between government human size and GDP and reveals the influences of economic development on government human size growth of Hunan Province by establishing Logistics model and using Econometrics. It also puts forward some suggestion to control the growth of government human size to make total amount increase and maintain at a rational increasing degree, aims at bringing up effective reference suggestion to construct reasonable and moderate government human size .
