基于中兴交换机的立即计费话务台

Immediate Call Accounting Attendant Console Based on ZTE Switch

为了便于宾馆酒店管理客户房间内的电话,特设计搭建了中兴立即计费话务台系统,其具有更改客户房间内电话的呼叫权限,随时为客户提供实时话单并按照话单结算通话费用的功能。该系统以中兴ZXJ10交换机为核心,以符合国际标准的ISDN为传输协议,具有费用相对较低、结构简单、方便搭建的优点。通过描述该系统的硬件和软件结构,给出该系统的原理,针对系统搭建后出现的问题给予分析并提出解决办法。最后通过对系统进行仿真测试来证明该系统能够满足宾馆酒店的业务需求。

The immediate call accounting attendant console system was designed and built for managing the telephones in the rooms of the guesthouse conveniently,which can change the call rights of the telephones,provide the real-time call detail record for guests at any moment and clear call charges according to the call detail record.The core of the system is ZTE ZXJ10 telephone exchange.Its transport protocol is ISDN that conforms to the international standard.The advantages of the system are low cost,simple structure and easy to build.By describing the hardware and software structure of the system,the theory of the system is given,the solutions are proposed and analysed according to the problems that appears after the system′s construction.The result proves that the immediately call accounting attendant console system can meet the business needs of the guesthouses by simulating and testing the system.
