摘要
结合市场上基于热发泡原理的640喷墨头工作原理与损坏原因,设计了基于CPLD的640喷墨头检测仪,以实现对该类型喷墨头的快速检测。该系统通过采样喷嘴内部加热电阻值的方法来判断喷墨头的状态。采用了QuartusⅡ仿真软件对程序仿真,最后下载到线路板中对喷墨头进行检测。实验结果表明其检测速度快,正确可靠,且经济实用。
According to the working principle and reasons of breakdown of 640 ink-jet head with the principle of thermal foam in the market,the 640 ink-jet head detector based on CPLD was designed.The system can realize rapid detection for the ink-jet head.Through sampling the heating resistance in the nozzle,the status of the ink-jet head can be decided.The program is simulated by QuartusII and downloaded into the PCB so that the ink-jet heads are detected.The experimental results show that the system runs at high detecting speed with high reliability and accuracy,and it is economical and practical.
