烧结助剂对重结晶SiC电热元件性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以不同粒度的α-SiC为原料,添加A12O3,Fe2O3,H3BO3作为烧结助剂,通过配比实验、素坯成型、制品烧结,研究了不同助剂及其含量对SiC电热元件的密度、抗折强度、电阻率的影响,并探讨了对其性能影响的机理。结果表明:烧结助剂Al2O3对电热元件密度影响最大,在质量分数wB为0.3%时,密度为2.314 g/cm3;Fe2O3对其电阻率影响最大,在质量分数wB为0.5%时,最优的电阻率为0.634Ω.cm.此外,H3BO3的加入对密度的提高不明显,加入过多反而降低了电热元件的密度,对电阻率起着负面影响。 Using different particle size α-SiC as raw material, adding Al2O3, Fe2O3 and H3BO3as additive, according on the mix proportion experiment, biscuit molding and product sintering, reseached the influence of different additive content on the density, intensity and electronic resistivity of silicon carbide electrical heating element. We also studied the influnce mechanism of the silicon carbide electrical heating element performance. The result indicate that Al2O3 has the most obvious effect on the density of the electrical heating element, with the biggest density of 2.314 g/cm3 when the content is 0.3% ; Fe2O3has the most obvious effect on the electronic resistivity of the electrical heating element, with the best electronic resistivity of 0. 634 Ω· cm when the content is 0.5 %. In addition, H3 BO3 does not have the obvious effect on the density, the density will decrease if we add more content, with the negative effect on the electronic resistivity.
