自我控制资源模型介绍及其在消费行为领域的应用

摘要
自我控制是人们为实现自己的目标对自己的思想、情绪、本能冲动和行为表现进行的调节和控制。自我控制对人们更好的适应社会、有效的管理自我有重要意义。近年来越来越多的消费行为学家开始关注这一心理品质,将自我控制应用到消费决策中。本文介绍自我控制资源模型的发展过程及其在消费领域中的应用。
