摘要 本文阐述了信息素养的概念。培养大学生信息素养的意义，提出了高校图书馆培养和提高信息素养中的作用及图书馆在信息素养教育中发挥更大作用的对策。 This article illustrates the concept of the information literacy,Proposing the significance of training the information literacy and the methods that the University Library offer in improving the information literacy of university students.
