摘要
目的总结80例帕金森病伴发抑郁症的临床及心理的护理经验。方法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组按护理常规进行护理，观察组则在常规护理的基础上加全程心理护理，住院前及出院后分别对其进行评估。结果入院时据CCMD-3评分低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗后观察组患者抑郁症状有了明显改善。结论帕金森病伴发抑郁症患者，在经过临床合并心理护理后能取得较好治疗效果。
Objective To summarize 80 cases of Parkinson＇s disease with clinical depression and psychological nursing experience. Methods The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 40 patients in the control group carried out according to routine nursing care, the observation group in the routine care based on the increase throughout the psychological care, hospitalization before and after discharge from hospital were evaluated. Results The admission, according to CCMD-3 score lower than the control group, differences between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）, the observation group after treatment in patients with depressive symptoms had significantly improved. Conclusion Parkinson＇s disease with depression, after the merger of clinical psychological care they can achieve a better therapeutic effect.
