介绍了某厂重油催化裂化装置烟气余热回收系统套管式高温取热炉在运行过程中多次发生壳程入口处套管局部过热、脱碳、软化产生冲蚀爆管的事故及其结构改进情况。
The performance problem analysis, especially the cause analysis of the high tempera- ture gas-tube boiler in the fluid catalytic cracking unit is presented. During the redesign and fabri- cation with the adoption of reasonable structure and techniques, the equipment is under excellent working condition with noticeable achievements on energy conservation.
