摘要
目前,我国口蹄疫疫苗生产和检验依然采用乳鼠测毒法,经生产实践证明该检验方法较为繁琐,费时费力,严重影响了检验效率。本实验室前两年用正常的BHK-21细胞测定TCID50,结果由于普通BHK-21细胞在达到判定时间的时候,大量细胞已老化脱落,造成后期染色结果不准确,与乳鼠测毒法结果差异较大。后来又引进了转化BHK-21细胞,专用于检测口蹄疫病毒,经试验证明与乳鼠测毒法取得了较为一致的检验结果,经证明用转化BHK-21细胞测定TCID50是可行的,是一种省时省力的好方法。
The BHK-21 cell strain of last two years used in test the TCID50 is inaccurate because it was ageing and fell off from the incubate bottle when the cell strain in the test time. So the result had discrepancy with the result of the baby mice testing. This article applies the BHK-21 cell strain which was transformed to test the TCID50 and the result was accorded with the baby mice testing. So this cell strain is availability in test TCID50.
