北疆部分地区流产奶牛新孢子虫病ELISA调查

Epidemiological Investigations of Infections with Neospora Caninum in Abortion Dairy Cattle of Northwest Xinjiang

为更好地了解北疆地区流产奶牛新孢子虫病的感染情况，从北疆部分地区，采集有流产史奶牛血清181份。应用重组间接ELISA方法，进行流行病调查。重组间接ELISA方法检测，结果表明，北疆部分地区被检的181份流产奶牛血清中有27份抗体阳性，抗体阳性率为14．9％，各牛场阳性率从0％-27．5％不等；各个年龄段奶牛血清的抗体阳性率差异不显著（P〉0．05）；不同妊娠胎次的乳牛血清抗体阳性率差并不显著（P〉0．05）。

The prevalence of Neosposis infections in dairy cattle in northwest Xinjiang was investigated. In total of 181 serum samples taken from aborting dairy cattle in northwest Xinjiang 3 different area, examined for Neospora caninum infections by recombinant ELISA.of the 181 samples, 27 samples were positive for N. caninum infection and serum antibody-positive rate was 14.9%. All cattle farm Neospora caninum serum antibody-positive rate was 0 to 27.5% the antibody-positive rate are no significant difference （P〉0.05） between different ages of Abortion cows sera, but they have significant difference （P〈0.05） between antibodypositive rate of different times of pregnancy fetal cows sera.
