摘要
为了研究注射初乳对牛乳中体细胞数的影响,随机抽取同一牛舍牛乳中SCC每毫升超过50万个的荷斯坦牛16头,对其中8头每头每天颈部皮下注射初乳一次,剂量25ml。结果表明,试验组牛奶体细胞数比对照组平均降低81.24×104个/ml,差异极显著(P<0.01),注射初乳后,体细胞数得到了有效的控制。
In order to investigate the influence of injecting bovine colostrum to the SCC in the milk, select 16 Holstein cattle whose SCC〉500 thousand/ml in the same cowshed randomly, inject bovine colostrums 25ml once to 8 cattle on neck hypodermic. The results showed that the SCC in experimental group is lower than control group 81.24×10^4/ml average, highly significantly（P〈0.01）, SCC obtained effectively control after injected bovine colostrun.
