职业技术院校德育工作现状与对策

Current Situation of Moral Education in Vocational Colleges of Technology and Measures for Improvement

以科学发展观为指导,加强职业技术院校学生良好道德素养与行为习惯的培养是办好职业技术院校最为重要的因素。据对贵州省职业技术院校德育工作的调查研究发现,当下职业技术校院德育工作存在明显缺失,远不能适应培养学生良好道德素养需要。必须弥补缺失,提高德育工作的实效,探索改进与完善德育课程内容和德育方法、途径。

The most important factor for running well vocational colleges of technology is to strengthen the cultivating of students＇moral quality and their good manners with the guidance of the view of scientific development. Our investigation into the moral education in vocational colleges of technology shows that the present situation of such work is far deficient to meet the needs of cultivating students＇moral accomplishment. To remedy the deficiency for an actual effect of the work, it is necessary to improve and perfect the content of the course and approaches of moral education.
