江苏省残疾人竞技体育现状与对策研究

Study of Current Situation and Countermeasure Disabled Competitive Sport in Jiangsu Province

研究表明,江苏省残疾人竞技体育在全国属于领先地位,但社会关注程度低;没有专门管理机构,竞技体育资金来源单一;各项目的教练员水平参差不齐,教练员队伍不稳定。建议成立省残疾人体育运动管理中心;加大政策倾斜和资金投入的同时,调动全社会力量,多渠道地筹集资金;改善和加强激励措施,吸引优秀教练员;加强科研、科学选材,通过政府扶持,以全民健身为依托,增加残疾人群众体育人口,促进残疾人竞技体育的发展。

The results indicate： the disabled competitive sports in JiangSu province is a leader in China, but is low society attention extent; not have special administrative organization, the sources of funds of competitive sports is single; the level of each project coach is very different and unstable. The following advice： build the center of disabled competitive sports administrative center in province; enlarge the preferential policy and invest more funds, meanwhile, transfer the power of all society, make more ways to collect the funds; improve and enhance the incentives to attract the excellent coach; enhance scientific research and science selecting athletes, through the government support and based on public fitness program to add the amounts of the disabled sports and accelerate development of disabled competitive sports.
