摘要
运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对体育院校教师知识转化过程的现状进行研究。结果表明,体院教师都很注重通过学习、借鉴他人的教学经验来提高自身的隐性知识水平;职称高的体院教师对来源于网络的知识和信息具有更好的分辨力;术科教师丰富的教学经验成为学生隐性知识生成的不竭源泉;学科教师对知识具有更强的整合、加工能力。
Using the research methods of literature, interviews, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, etc., it made an analysis of the present status of knowledge transfer process of teachers in institutes & universities of physical education & sport. The result shows that the teachers all attach great importance to the promotion of tacit knowledge through learning from others' teaching experience; the teachers with higher professional post have a better resolving power to the knowledge and information from the internet; the skills teachers possess rich teaching experience-the source of students' tacit knowledge; the subject teachers are more capable of integrating and processing knowledge.
